Writing a Blog and EFT
Writing a blog isn’t as easy as I thought. Wow, many fears and negative self talk is coming up right now.
These are some of my thoughts. Oh, what if I seem stupid? What if someone thinks I am an idiot? What is someone criticizes my writing? What if I can’t put what I am really thinking into the right words? What if I don’t know enough?
There are many things that I am very confident in but what is going on and how can I solve this problem?
My sheer determination is kicking in and I tell myself “you can do this.” I have done many things in the past that I was afraid of learning and did any way. For example I went to college as an older student and my daughter was a year old. I started my own EFT Success coaching business while working full-time. I learned to drive a car, ride a bike, cook, (oh lets not talk about my cooking), swim, and play softball are just a few that come to mind.
Using sheer determination and doing it anyway and being afraid is the old way though. I have a new trusted tool that works to assist me to move forward. EFT is clearing out these old tapes in my head and clearing my energy. It is helping me discover the “writing on my walls” that has been underlying my anxiety and fear.
I have my support systems including my own EFT Success Coach, Ingrid Dinter at Transform for Success.com. We have been working together and she is supporting and assisting me with the knowledge that I need to start a blog. Let’s face it, I am not computer savvy and I have never been a great writer. That is the truth but it doesn’t have to be and that doesn’t mean I can’t write a blog.
I have been working through the fears of blogging by using EFT with my coach and my tapping buddies in a group that I am in. We swap sessions with each other. I just think they are all amazing. We learn, we grow, we share and we heal. EFT is amazing and I am very grateful to have been taught this wonderful tool that I share with others.
I am available to talk to you about EFT Coaching and what it can do for you. I am available for free 20 minute consultations. Contact me at BarbaraEBelmont.com or 603-520-1679.
