Chasing the Pain, Tearless Trauma and the Movie Technique
I always enjoy going to any training that Ingrid Dinter puts on and I have attended 4 of her EFT Level 1 and 2 workshops which are always held in Concord NH. I love the fact that having a nationally known mentor and trainer nearby is a blessing. Many trainers are across the country but having one that is close to you where I can see her on a regular basis is key for me.
. This weekend I attended her EFT Level 1 and Level 2 workshop and met some wonderful people. Her website at http://www.tappingtrainings.com/ says it all about her experience, her knowledge and when her next workshop.
I have received my AAMET certification with Ingrid.
Ingrid Dinter is an AAMET Certified Trainer and Coach and her classes are always full. She is compassionate, organized, extremely knowledgeable and teaches in a straightforward manner. With lecture, demonstrations and time for practice.
Today we went over and practiced the chase the pain technique, Tearless trauma technique, and the movie technique. I feel the most unique aspect of these techniques is that the client doesn’t even have to tell you what the problem is. However, in the Movie Technique you can also do it with the client telling the story as a movie if they wish. Or they may keep it private. It is always about what the client wants.
I love all these techniques and I find my clients love them. Especially because they don’t have to tell me what the problem is. We do the best technique that keeps the client in control and they have the choice of how to proceed. This is very important. The bottom line to me is acknowledgement and that it acknowledging when you give the client the choice.
Many of my professional clients are very stressed, overwhelmed and overworked. I help them relax and live the life they were meant to lead. I can say for many years I have been looking for something to help me focus, relax and really get down to what I want. I have tried many ways of relaxation like meditation, exercise, Reiki and Massage but EFT is the only thing that has helped me clear up my own triggers to life events. I can help you get to what you really want.
I would love to discuss with you how Coaching and EFT could help you. I offer free 20 minute consultations.
